Trinity Prince produces footwear in limited quantities using a made-to-order and small-batch production model. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Order Processing & Production
All Trinity Prince footwear is produced in very limited runs. Many styles are made to order or released as private pre-orders.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items:
Production begins after the order window closes.
Estimated production time: 8–12 weeks -
In-Stock Items:
Processed within 3–5 business days
Production timelines may vary slightly due to craftsmanship, materials, or factory scheduling. We will always communicate updates clearly.
Estimated Shipping Timelines
Once production is complete:

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Estimated delivery for current private release:
February–March (with the possibility of Valentine’s delivery depending on production flow).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Trinity Prince is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Luxury production is not fast fashion. While we do our best to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale once production has begun.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after the production window closes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery so we can assist.
