The fine print
Terms of Membership
Muse Founders Tier membership does not expire and does not require renewal. The $150 Founding Credit may be redeemed an unlimited number of times, with no annual cap, for as long as Trinity Prince operates.
The Founding Credit applies exclusively to full-price Trinity Prince footwear. It is not valid on Founder pricing, introductory or launch pricing, archive pricing, sample sales, or any item already reduced, and it may not be combined with any other discount code or promotion.
The $150 Founding Credit applies once per order, to a single pair. Orders containing multiple pairs receive one $150 credit, not one per pair.
Membership and the associated Founding Credit are personal to the original purchaser. They may not be sold, gifted, transferred, or shared. Credits detected in use by another person may be voided without refund.
All Muse Founders Tier purchases are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase, including for unused memberships or unredeemed credits.
The membership and Founding Credit carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other monetary instrument.
The Founding Credit applies only to product subtotals. Shipping, taxes, duties, and customs fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
To redeem the Founding Credit, members must purchase from a Trinity Prince customer account using the same email address used at the time of enrollment.
The Muse Founders Tier closes permanently once all 36 memberships are claimed. There is no time limit and no scheduled end date — the tier remains open until the final spot is taken. Once closed, it will not reopen, and there will be no waitlist conversion or future expansion of this group.
Trinity Prince reserves the right to modify the Muse Affiliate Program structure and ancillary benefits with reasonable notice. The $150 Founding Credit value and its unlimited lifetime redemption will not be reduced or revoked.

When you join, you receive a personal credit tied to your email address. It takes $150 off any full-price Trinity Prince shoe. Unlike a promotional code, it does not expire and it does not run out — you may use it on every full-price order you place, for as long as Trinity Prince operates. The credit applies once per order, to a single pair. Sign in with the email address you enrolled with and it applies at checkout.
Full price means a Trinity Prince shoe listed at its standard retail price with no reduction applied. The Founding Credit is not valid on Founder pricing, introductory or launch pricing, archive pricing, sample sales, or any item already discounted, and it cannot be combined with another code or promotion. This is deliberate — the credit is a permanent member benefit, not a coupon layered onto an existing markdown.
No. The Muse Founders Tier and its Founding Credit are personal and non-transferable. They are tied to your email address and cannot be sold, gifted, or shared with another person. Credits detected in use by someone other than the member may be voided without refund.
There is no countdown and no end date. The tier closes the moment the 36th membership is claimed — and not before. Once closed, it closes permanently: no second Founders Tier, no waitlist conversion, and no future expansion of this group. The members who join before it fills are the only Founders Trinity Prince will ever have.
The Muse Affiliate Program is Trinity Prince's referral network. As a Founders Tier member you are enrolled automatically — no application required. You receive a personal referral link that earns commission on every Trinity Prince purchase made through it. Founders also receive priority consideration for Muse partnerships, including early invitations to creative collaborations and editorial features as the brand grows.
