Trinity Prince is a made-to-order brand. Every pair is crafted specifically for you — which means each order enters production shortly after it is placed.
All sales are final on made-to-order items.
Because your shoes are produced to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. This is not a limitation — it is the nature of how we build.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@trinityprince.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under the EU cooling off period, provided the item is unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
